This program is designed to have a long-term impact on a manager's interpersonal skills and the ability to lead others effectively. The interpersonal skill set that a manager must develop is one of the most important elements needed to inspire others to want to follow them.

Resources provided for this program:

• Pre and post assessment with the use of the Everything DiSC 363 for Leaders®. This is a 360 degree feedback tool to measure a manager's interpersonal skill leadership competencies.


• Three one-on-one telephone coaching sessions between the participant and a professional coach. Each participant creates an Action Plan for ongoing professional development with the coach to increase understanding and personal accountability.


• Five (5) online self-paced courses addressing the interpersonal skills needed to manage and lead others effectively.  Each course is active for one (1) year.


• Reinforcement Tips newsletters are sent to each participant every two (2) months for one year.

The online self-paced courses are available to use for one (1) full year. This can make an excellent assessment tool that you can go back to when you need to refresh.
